If you fill out a contact form, contact us by email, or sign up for Deck, we collect your name, email address, IP address, and the information you submit. We use this information to operate the platform and for marketing purposes where permitted. We take steps to protect it and do not sell it to third parties.

Tools > Data Collection

Most Deck tools process the files and text you enter locally in your browser. When you enable Save Information in the Invoice Generator, Deck stores your invoice contact details, bank account information, preferred currency, notes and field visibility settings in your private account after you download an invoice. Turning Save Information off clears the saved information and resets the invoice. Invoice line items, amounts, and issue dates are not stored in this reusable record.

How Your Information is Protected

Privacy and Security for Payment Information

We use third-party payment processors, including Whop, Buy Me a Coffee, and PayHere, and also accept payments by bank transfer. We do not collect or store card numbers or card security codes entered in the third-party payment checkout. Bank-account details that you choose to save in the Invoice Generator are stored separately in your private Deck account and can be erased by turning off Save Information. The contact and payment information you provide during transactions is collected and stored by the respective payment processing gateways and is not controlled by us. The storage duration of such information is determined by each payment processor, and in general, may be stored indefinitely.

While we do not process or store your payment details ourselves, we do our best to choose partners who provide strong security measures to protect your information.
